These terms apply to all services and sales by IGO1 (IgoOne Service).

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every quote, repair, fitment, sale and delivery by IGO1. Deviations are only valid in writing.
3. Quotes and prices
Quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Additional work is agreed with you up front.
4. Payment
Payment before delivery or pickup, via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, card or cash up to the legally allowed amount.
5. Retention of title
Delivered cars, parts and tyres remain the property of IGO1 until full payment has been received.
6. Warranty
Used cars carry the statutory conformity warranty. Any extended warranty is stated in the purchase agreement. See also /garantie.
7. Liability
IGO1 is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant service or item.
8. Disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of our place of business.
