Warranty at IGO1
How our warranty works for used cars, repairs, tyres and parts.
Used cars
Every used car comes with the statutory conformity warranty. When the purchase agreement explicitly states '12 months warranty', it covers engine, gearbox and drivetrain, excluding wear parts.
Covered
Construction or material defects of engine, gearbox and drivetrain arising under normal use.
Not covered
Wear parts (brakes, tyres, clutch, wipers, battery), accident damage, misuse, poor maintenance or non-original modifications.
Repairs and parts
Workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months; fitted parts carry the supplier's factory warranty.
Tyres and wheels
New tyres and wheels: manufacturer warranty. Fitment and balancing: 3-month warranty.
How to file a claim
Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp +31 6 86066642 or info@igo1.nl with licence plate, invoice and a short description. Avoid continued use to prevent consequential damage.
