Complaints procedure

Not satisfied? Let us know — we will solve it together.

1. Submit your complaint

Send your complaint within 14 days of noticing the issue to info@igo1.nl or WhatsApp +31 6 86066642. Include your name, phone, licence plate and a clear description.

2. Confirmation

You receive a confirmation within 2 business days.

3. Assessment

We assess the complaint based on the facts, the agreement and any vehicle inspection. We aim for a substantive response within 14 days.

4. Resolution

Together we look for a reasonable solution: repair, replacement, price adjustment or fair compensation where applicable.

5. Unresolved?

If we cannot reach agreement, the dispute can be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
